To insure a quality repair, Driven estimates will be based on original manufacturer replacement parts, unless requested otherwise. To minimize the amount of time your vehicle is with our body shop, an accurate estimate is of the utmost importance. This allows our technicians to perform an efficient collision repair by having all parts on hand before repairs begin.

Insurance Claims

When reporting a claim, your insurance company may suggest that you should use one of their network-preferred shops for repairs. Remember they cannot insist that you do! Insurance company auto body repair network shops are required to follow strict guidelines that dictate how your vehicle will be repaired.

Estimate Process

Driven Autobody estimates that are prepared on drivable vehicles are based on a preliminary visual inspection. Unfortunately some items or "hidden damage" may not be obvious during our original inspection. In most cases a complete estimate cannot be performed until the vehicle is disassembled to expose any "hidden damage", therefore, a final repair cost can only be determined after vehicle disassembly and all part prices have been verified.
